What we are exploring

Warehouses are rented to businesses that need space for storage, distribution and e-commerce. Farbe Enterprise works with warehouses every day: we run our own warehouse in Ankleshwar and arrange space for customers across India. We are looking at whether other people could take part in owning warehouse property alongside us.

In general, owning warehouse property can earn rent from tenants, and the property's value can change over time. Whether any future arrangement would pay a share of rent, and how, is not decided.

The risks are real

  • Income is never guaranteed. Rent stops when a warehouse is empty, and tenants can pay late or leave.
  • Property values can fall as well as rise.
  • Real estate is hard to sell quickly, so money put into it can be locked in for a long time.
  • Costs such as repairs, taxes, insurance and vacancies reduce what is left for owners.

Legal and regulatory review first

Before anything is offered, the structure will be reviewed with legal advisers against the laws that could apply in India. Depending on the structure, that may include rules of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), company law and tax law. If the review does not support a sound, compliant structure, we will not launch it.

Can I join now?

No. Nothing is open, and nothing is offered on this page or anywhere else.

Can I pay to reserve a place?

No. Farbe Enterprise does not accept any payment, deposit or advance for this. If anyone asks you to pay for a share in a warehouse in Farbe's name, do not pay, and tell us at info@FarbeEnterprise.com.

Will income be guaranteed?

No. Rental income and property values both carry risk, and any future offer would explain those risks in full.

When will it launch?

There is no date. It depends on the legal and regulatory review, and it may not launch at all.
