3PL warehousing in more than one city

As a business grows, one stock point rarely serves every market well. Customers far from the warehouse wait longer, and every order carries a long transport leg. A second or third stock point closer to demand can help, but running several warehouses yourself multiplies staff, systems and paperwork. We arrange warehouse space in the city you need and can run the same processes there, so you deal with one team, one reporting format and one set of rules wherever the stock sits.

Plan the tax side before you add a location. Moving stock between your own sites in different states is treated differently under GST from moving it within one state, so agree the paperwork with your tax adviser first.

Built around your sales channels

• Dealer and distributor orders: full cases or pallets, with invoices and delivery challans, dispatched on planned routes.
• Retail replenishment: mixed-carton orders to stores, labelled to each chain's requirements.
• Online orders: single units picked, packed with your inserts and handed to courier partners.
• Project and bulk orders: large one-off consignments assembled and checked before loading.

Questions to ask any 3PL, including us

• How will I know an order has shipped, and who confirms it?
• How often is stock counted, and how are differences reported?
• What happens during festival season when volumes jump?
• How are damages and shortages investigated and settled?
• What notice is needed to scale up, scale down or exit?

When a 3PL is not the right fit

If your goods need temperature control, are hazardous or require specialist storage licences, a general 3PL is the wrong partner.
